Inclusion, belonging, and the stories we carry

Inclusion, belonging, and the stories we carry

£199

Inclusion is not a buzzword. It is a daily experience, shaped by how we are seen, heard, and valued. This course offers a raw and honest look at inclusion, rooted in lived experience and grounded in practical action.

You will explore:

  • What belonging truly feels like, and what happens when it is missing
  • How to create spaces of emotional and psychological safety
  • The role of identity and culture in shaping how we show up
  • Small, practical actions to build everyday inclusion

You do not need a DEI title to make a difference
You just need to care
If you have ever walked into a room and felt out of place, this course is for you.
If you have ever worried about being too different or not enough, this course is for you.
And if you have ever wanted to create more inclusive, human spaces at work or in your life, this course will help you begin.
This is not corporate training.
It is a personal conversation about what inclusion actually feels like and how we can create more of it in everyday moments.
I created this course based on my lived experience. As a woman of colour adopted across continents, as someone who has been the only one in the room, and as someone who now works with organisations around the world, I know what it feels like to belong and what it feels like to be left out.
In this course, I speak openly about racism, both the subtle and the overt. I share what it felt like to be treated differently because of the colour of my skin, the mispronunciation of my name, or the assumptions made about who I was before I had said a word. These are not just stories. They are invitations to look more closely, listen more deeply, and lead more consciously.
This course is about making inclusion real, honest, and human.
